Finding Hannah's yoga classes has been the most amazing experience for me after many failed attempts of other treatments. “I’ve never done yoga before and thought it was something that would make me turn into a pretzel! I am also recovering from injury and I wanted to rehab but not be pushed too hard like you see with big chain gyms. After 6 weeks, I’m feeling so much better in myself; my stress levels are better managed; and my pain levels from my injury have decreased. I have better balance and flexibility too. “I have never been a fan of gyms! The smells, sweaty bodies, posturing, crowded spaces, queuing for equipment. The payment plans don’t always work in your favour if you have to take a break. And sometimes, just the repetitiveness of group classes - they become boring. A friend suggested I try a new class at Reset Fitness Studio for women over 50, Fit@50+. I reluctantly went along. I’ve been attending the Fit@50+ classes for about 6 months, and try to attend 3 x per week. I was sluggish, overweight and tired a lot of the time, quite unmotivated really… Well that has all changed! I am now more confident, feel stronger, have so much more energy, motivation levels are at all time high, and I have formed healthier eating habits. I really enjoy the relaxed atmosphere at Reset Fitness Studio, it’s the best gym. Plus it’s a great location with easy parking. It’s like turning up to a girlfriend’s place to have some fun! The gym is clean and so well equipped with modern, well-maintained equipment. And there’s lovely natural light and great ventilation through sliding doors to a beautiful outside deck area. I have met some really amazing, inspirational ladies. And I like the small, limited number class sizes: even if you’re the only one booked, the class still goes ahead. There’s also the flexibility to attend any other class: using the PTminder app is easy, and consideration given to us as clients as to what times would be suitable for us. I would definitely recommend you to take that first tentative step, I’m so glad I did! I actually really look forward to going to my Fit@50+ class; I know I’ll feel fantastic afterwards. Naturally, a great gym wouldn’t be so without great people running it. Charlie is my trainer, she is always so well prepared, encouraging, and really pushes you to the limit of your ability. I have so much trust in her to make the best decisions about my workout plans, she gets plenty of eye rolls from me when I look at the program for the day, but I’m grateful to her for her always challenging me. And Tamsin is amazing! Full of life, so inspirational and is always looking at ways to add value to our gym experience."

“I was quite apprehensive of starting any sort of fitness program as I live with chronic pain. I used to be quite active - going to a gym and working out at home, trekking etc. - but that all changed 7.5 years ago. When I met Tamsin I was severely limited in what I could do physically but I was instantly reassured - not only does she accept my situation but she understands! I know that I can absolutely trust Tamsin to push me when I need it, but be gentle when I need that too. I am not "cured" (!) but definitely a lot further on in my journey.
