Creating a whole new little person is an amazing experience: but it can also be hard on our bodies, our mental health, and our overall wellbeing.

 

That’s why we’ve developed a range of mums and bubs fitness options: so you can focus on yourself, and feel your best. It’s also an opportunity to meet other mums in the local area and get support in your health and wellbeing.

 

Our instructors are qualified and experienced in pre and postnatal training and focus on pelvic floor awareness and strengthening. If you’re a new mum returning to exercise, you can be assured you’re in safe hands.

Mum and Baby Personal TRAINING

Do you want to lose that baby weight, feel fit and strong, or just take some time out for yourself?

 

Our mum and baby personal training sessions allow you to look after you, all while knowing your little one is safe, right in front of you.

Mum, Baby & Toddler Group Fitness

Our mums and bubs fitness classes are for you, your baby, toddler, or pre-schooler.

 

Mum, baby, and toddler group sessions are the perfect place to take some time out for yourself and meet other like-minded mums, all while working towards your health goals.  

 

You’ll often share the same health goals and face the same challenges as the other mums you’re training with, so you’ll quickly feel like part of a team.  

Bring your wee one into the studio with you, and feel the positive endorphins release from your body as you dive into this class catered especially for you, the super mum.

Pregnancy Yoga

45 MINUTES

Yoga during pregnancy is a gentle way of keeping the body subtle and the mind at ease.

 

Pregnancy Yoga classes are in a 5-week training block designed for all trimesters, filled with nourishing movement, breathing, and mindfulness.

 

Our wonderful instructor, Hannah, has trained in pre and post-natal yoga, so you’re in excellent hands.

 

No prior yoga experience is needed.
