Bring a buddy! Working out with a friend or partner at our super equipped fitness studio shares the fun and also the cost. It’ll also help you keep motivated and on track with your health and fitness goals.
You’ll get the same attention to your goals as you would with 1:1 training, even if you and your buddy are at different fitness levels. An awesome and fun option for fitness in Kerikeri!
HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) and Circuit Classes involve short periods of exercise, but with recovery periods in between. Why do it? You’ll burn more calories in less time – great for reducing body fat and blood pressure, and optimising your heart rate. And yes, you’ll be able to keep up, as we cater the classes to suit any fitness level, so this is truly for everyone to benefit from.
Our mums and bubs fitness classes are for you, your baby, or your toddler, from 6 weeks to two years.
Mum, baby and toddler group sessions are the perfect place to take some time out for yourself and meet other like-minded mums, all while working towards your health goals.
You’ll often share the same health goals and face the same challenges as the other mums you’re training with, so you’ll quickly feel like part of a team.
Our instructors are qualified and experienced in pre and postnatal training, and focus on pelvic floor awareness and strengthening… it’s so important to get these muscles back into shape.
Bring your wee one into the studio with you, and feel the positive endorphins release from your body as you dive into this class catered especially for you, the super mum.
Although Fit@50+ is taught in a group, it’s actually more like a shared personal training session in our boutique fitness centre. There’s a maximum of 6 people, and everyone has an individualised programme.
You’ll enjoy effective training that’s tailored to your specific needs. Whether you’re looking to increase mobility and fitness, get fitter, maintain or build up your strength, dealing with injuries, or want to improve your general wellbeing – we’ll help you achieve that in a safe, supportive environment.

REFORMER PILATES 1:1
Your 1:1 Pilates experience will use hybrid techniques to create an experience that’s perfect for you.
You can expect a mix of Reformer Pilates, TRX, mat Pilates, and chair Pilates: it’s 100% customised to you.
Mat Pilates is ideal for all fitness levels. You simply use buddy body weight and gravity to improve your core strength and stamina. Our small class size means you receive focused attention.
