1:1 personal training gets you there faster! Your personal trainer in Kerikeri works with you every step of the way, including customised training programmes for your fitness level, personalised nutrition advice, accountability, and advice.

Bring a buddy!

Working out with a friend or partner at our super equipped fitness studio shares the fun and also the cost. It’ll also help you keep motivated and on track with your health and fitness goals.



You’ll get the same attention to your goals as you would with 1:1 training, even if you and your buddy are at different fitness levels.

Mums, Babies
and Toddlers

Mums deserve to look great, feel great, and exercise in a kid-friendly space.


That’s why we’ve developed a whole range of classes for mums with their babies or toddlers at our family friendly fitness studio.


There’s personal training, group fitness classes, as well as mum and bubs yogs classes. And you’ll know your little one is safe, right in front of you.

Fit@50+

Although Fit@50+ is taught in a group, it’s actually more like a shared personal training session in our boutique Kerikeri fitness centre. There’s a maximum of 6 people, and everyone has an individualised programme.


You’ll enjoy effective training that’s tailored to your specific needs. Whether you’re looking to increase mobility and fitness, get fitter, maintain or build up your strength, dealing with injuries, or want to improve your general wellbeing – we’ll help you achieve that in a safe, supportive environment.


We’ll also keep you motivated – and have some fun together.

FIT@50+ YOGALATES

Yogalates is a fusion of Yoga and Pilates, so you benefit from both exercise types. Whether you enjoy perfect health and fitness, or have some challenges to work around, the Fit@50+ Yogalates class is customised to your needs.

 

Some of the common challenges we can work with include back pain, sore joints, carpal tunnel syndrome, osteoporosis, hip replacements, and more.

 

Even though Yogalates is a group fitness class, the experience is tailored to the needs of the individuals in the group.
