“I’ve never done yoga before and thought it was something that would make me turn into a pretzel! I am also recovering from injury and I wanted to rehab but not be pushed too hard like you see with big chain gyms.
After 6 weeks, I’m feeling so much better in myself; my stress levels are better managed; and my pain levels from my injury have decreased. I have better balance and flexibility too.
I love that I can do 1:1 sessions until I gain confidence and ability to move to classes. Hannah is so lovely and knowledgeable; you can be totally real and totally you with Hannah. I always leave more at peace with my world and my body.
Yoga time is me time! It’s 45 minutes when it’s all about me, improving my wellbeing, and being proud of myself that I can do more than I thought I could.
